Matthew Contacts Sync is a private desktop application used by Matthew Hitchcock to add missing business contacts to his own Google Contacts account from a locally maintained customer archive. It is not a public contact-sync service.
The application reads existing Google contacts to prevent duplicates and adds approved missing contacts. It includes available business addresses on new contacts and can add a Work address to an unambiguously matched existing contact only when it has no address of any label, after preview review. Existing addresses and other fields are preserved; contacts are never merged or deleted. Records with uncertain identities are held for review.
Google sign-in takes place locally through Google OAuth. Contact records, reports and backups are kept on the owner’s Windows PC; they are not published on this website.
